Hicorp Held the Training Activities of “Efficiency Multiplying -- the Application of Information Tools”
To improve the application efficiency of information tools, master the basic computer skills of cleaning and adjustment, promote the office construction of soft environment, the training activities of “efficiency multiplying –the application of information tools” was held at No.500 conference room in the afternoon of 17th Jan, there were 38 management personnel from all branch companies, divisions and functions departments attended the training.
The training was held by the Meng Xianglong, Director of the Information Center, Director Meng explained in details from the three aspects of computer hardware configuration, system optimization, specific application, focusing on the cleaning and adjustment of the software, combining with the specific problems occurred daily work, from easy to difficult, explained in details , guided to promote efficiency and improve comprehensive quality.
Accompany with the promotion and construction of department, surrounding with the promotion of computer application skills, Director Meng explained in details focusing on desktop cleaning, hardware cleaning, disk cleaning , system optimization , he suggested to clean the computer regularly just like cleaning offices, to improve the application efficiency of information tools and promote work efficiency.
Combining with the common programs and specific cases, Director Meng also simply explained the application skills of Word, Excel and PPT, all the trainees had learned the computer knowledge and inspired a concept, laid a foundation for well usage of information tools, and also laid a foundation to work more efficiently in the future.
