Putian Auto Parts Held Special Safety Training Activities for Team Leaders
In order to fully implement the “Three Characters Project”, strengthen safety awareness, provide safe and efficient product for customers, Hicorp Management Office and Security Department organized special safety training activities for team leaders of Putian Auto Parts Branch Company in the afternoon of 15th May 2018.
The training included the following aspects: firstly the Security Personnel Zhao Hongye of Project & Engineering Division teaches the safety notice during daily work; Secondly the Master Fan illustrated safe use of electricity; thirdly Security organized to watch video.
Combining with his practice experiences, Master Zhao Hongye explained the importance of safety work. He explained from the aspects of safety problems and accidents occurred during welding procedures, safety precautions of crane hoisting and regular checking , safe operation of handled electric tools, power leakage protection and circuit breaker inspection, gas leakage checking and anti-isolation, preventions of aloft work, and commute traffic safety, and guided the frontline leaders how to do. He thought the monitors and team leaders treated workers as family members, helped them to improve sense of safety to avoid accidents and risks.
The master Fan Jiance prepared more than 10 pages of handwritten manuscript of safety knowledge, he explained from the aspects of electric shock caused by exposed wires and how to prevent electric shock, safety in using electricity in Summer. He pointed out that sweat is conductive, sweating hands are more conductive than clean hands, so we must pay more attention to electric appliances. The weather is more humid with more dust, the distribution cabinet is easily leakage or instant short circuit, we should attach great importance to this. Clean the cabinet before Summer coming to ensure clean and safe in Summer.
Finally , the Security Personnel Fu Wei guided to watch video, and all the participated leaders to more understand the importance of safety. Strengthen safety awareness, improve safety supervision, avoid violated operations, ensure the employee’s safety and safe production.
The training has improve our sense of safety management and production , all the participated personnel are shocked of minds, recognized to keep alarm for safety production, hidden danger management and risk control must be put into practice, to correct hidden dangers timely, ensure “Four Forbidden” and safe production, prevent employees and safe production.
