Project & Engineering Company Held Skill Assessment of “Craftsmanship”
To improve workers’ skills, cultivate versatile talents, adapt to small variety of product and multi-batch demand, build a team manufacturing compound products, we held skill assessment activities for locksmiths and welders at welding and mould workshops from 22nd to 23rd March, 2018. We attached great importance on this assessment, organized special appraisal team.
We organized locksmith assessment at mould workshop in the afternoon of 22nd, it is hosted and monitored by the workshop Director Liu Gang and Quality Assurance Director Li Fengzhu. There were total 9 people attend this exam from mould and welding workshops. The main content of the examination is to read pictures and answer, the process is serious and fair, finally all the 9 participants passed the examination.
We organized welding examination of “Craftsmanship” for welders in the afternoon of 23rd, the questions were issued by the workshop Director Liu Shouqin, and monitored by the masters Dong Runbo and Zhao Tongrong. There were total 15 people attended the examination who were from mould and welding workshops. The content of exam was mainly pictures reading and welding, all the judges assessed their welding parts respectively, and finally all the 11 participants passed the examinations.
Through organizing the assessment activities of “Craftsmanship”, all the workers were mobilized to eager to learn more and become versatile talents. Meanwhile, we also had formed an upsurge of improving skills by comparing, learning, pursuing and surpassing .
